Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product to process your claim quickly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size/item was delivered, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by TEF Wear.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
